AGPO Certificate Registration

AGPO stands for ‘Access to Government Procurement Opportunities, The AGPO Certificate is a Program that allows the Youth, Women and Person with disabilities to access Government Tenders

The program is aimed at empowering enterprises owned by the youths, Women and persons with disabilities to be able to participate in Government opportunities by giving them more opportunities to do business with the Government and some of the benefits of getting AGPO Certificate for your business Includes Access to 30% of all government procurement as reserved for AGPO enterprises

Having the AGPO certificate provides entrepreneurs with various benefits that are regularly reviewed and updated by the government through IFMIS (Integrated Financial Management System)    which aimed at enhancing accountability and transparency.

Our services include AGPO Certificate Registration and Renewals which you will be required to renew after every 2 years

AGPO Registration Requirement

To qualify to be registered under AGPO certification, you will need the following documents:

  • Business Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Identity Card(s)/Passport(s).
  • Business Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation.
  • PIN Certificate.
  • Tax Compliance Certificate.
  • Partnership Deed for Partnership Business.
  • Memorandum/Articles of Association and CR12 mandatory for Registered Companies.
  • For Construction Category – Letter/Certificate from the National Construction Authority, Energy Regulatory Commission or any other Authorized Public Technical Body.

Requirements for Youth

  • National Identity Card/ Passport – youth are from ages 18 years to 34 years old.
  • Business Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation.
  • CR12 for Limited Company from registrar of business names.
  • Partnership Deed for partnership business.
  • Tax compliance certificate.
  • National Construction Authority Letter/ Certificate for construction category.

 

Requirements for Women

  • National Identity Card/ Passport.
  • Business Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation.
  • CR12 for Limited Company from Registrar of Business Names.
  • Partnership Deed for partnership business.
  • Tax compliance certificate.
  • National Construction Authority Letter/ Certificate for construction category.

Requirements for Persons with Disabilities

  • National Identity Card/ Passport.
  • Registration Document from the National Council for persons with disability.
  • Business Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation.
  • CR12 for Limited Company from registrar of business names.
  • Partnership Deed for partnership business.
  • Tax compliance certificate.
  • National Construction Authority Letter/ Certificate for construction category.
